Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hybrid (4 days onsite in IRVINE, CA- 1 day remote on Friday's)

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-touch, personalized support to customers and distributors
• Manage orders, updates, and returns from start to finish
• Serve as the main contact for product and shipping inquiries
• Collaborate with field reps and internal teams for seamless service
• Maintain accurate client records and proactively support ongoing needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of client service or support experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Full Circle or RepSpark experience a plus
